I started my yoga journey in China where I was working as an English teacher and I needed to move my body after long hours in school. Slowly I started realising yoga was not just helping my body to feel healthy and strong, it was teaching me something way more important: through the practice I was becoming more patient, calmer and more conscious of my emotions. I felt like I had a new instrument to understand myself and others, and day by day yoga became an essential part of my life.
One day I woke up thinking I wanted to deepen my knowledge and my practice and I flew to Thailand where I graduated as a yoga instructor. I currently live in Italy where I teach and practice yoga every day.
To me yoga is a never ending journey, a process of learning and development that brings me a lot of joy and curiosity. I hope to share a step of this journey with each and every one of my students.
